Dear Doll Clothes Buyers,

Hi, I'm Grandma, from Grandma’s Clothesline. I have sewn for many, many years now. When I had my first granddaughter, I started making her doll clothes. Her friends liked them too so my business began.

I have nine grandchildren now, three girls and six boys who all live near me here in Shelburne. Since my grandchildren are getting older and outgrowing the dolls, now I have time to sew for you!

The clothes are well made and will last a long time if you take good care of them. They all have snaps or hook and loop closures for easy dressing by little fingers. They fit most 18" dolls, including Springfield Collection Dolls and American Girl Dolls. Unfortunately, the dolls shown in the pictures are not for sale!

All the different styles come in many fabrics and if you don't see something you like, just indicate a color choice on your order form and I will choose a fabric you are sure to love. Because all the clothes are hand made and I want each one to be a little different from the next, the buttons, lace and ribbon may vary from the ones in the picture. Fabrics are limited as I only buy small amounts of each one, so keep an eye on the website for new choices. All of the fabrics are 100% cotton or a cotton blend.

I hope you enjoy the clothes as much as I enjoy sewing for you! Please be patient and allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery.

Grandma's Clothesline - Double Skirted Dress

Double-Skirted Dress
This dress comes with its own matching bonnet reminiscent of the colonial days. You may choose either the lace collar (like on the navy dress) or a Peter Pan collar (like on the blue dress) for either fabric.

Grandma's Clothesline - Jumper and Blouse

Jumper and Blouse
This spring jumper comes with a coordinating button-up blouse. There is the watermelon jumper with red watermelon seed blouse, the green ladybug jumper with a white blouse and the blue ladybug jumper with a white blouse.

Dorothy Outfit
The blue and white gingham jumper, white blouse with rickrack trim, ruby red shoes and lace trimmed socks are all included in the Dorothy Outfit!

Alice Outfit
Alice’s blue dress comes with a white pinafore and a blue headband.

Peasant Outfit
This peasant skirt comes with a white blouse. No two skirts are alike — choose from the following color combinations:

Southwestern Outfit
The southwestern print skirt comes with a rich gold blouse. Supplies of the skirt fabric are limited – order soon so you don't miss out!

Coat and Hat
Make sure your doll is properly dressed for the weather in this stylish coat and matching hat. The hat trim may vary. This coat is available in pink, medium blue and red, as shown. It is also available in light blue and navy.

Nightie
At bedtime, put your doll in a soft flannel nightie! The white one, with little paw prints on it is shown in the pleated front style and the ladybug print shows the gathered neck peasant style. Noah’s Ark fabric is also available. Either style can be made in any of the fabrics.
